Abigail Rivera DVM

Dr. Abigail Rivera grew up in San Diego and is excited to be back home serving the community she has always loved. She earned her veterinary degree after moving to Arizona for school

and began her career there, where she developed a strong passion for urgent care, emergency medicine, and surgery.

 

Dr. Rivera enjoys the fast-paced nature of urgent care and values building strong relationships with both clients and patients during stressful moments. She is especially passionate about providing compassionate, thoughtful care while helping pets and their families feel supported and understood.

 

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Rivera enjoys spending time outdoors with her horses and being back on the farm with her animals. She is grateful to return to San Diego and join a team that shares her dedication to high-quality veterinary medicine and client care.
